Amino Liquid consists of liquid, essential amino acids. It can be taken at any time of the day, but we recommend using Amino Liquid around training in particular. Amino Liquid contains virtually no fats or carbohydrates and can therefore be used perfectly during a diet.

Fanatical athletes have been using amino acids and BCAAs for years. Where BCAAs are only 3 amino acids, Amino Liquid is about ALL essential amino acids. But why are these amino acids called 'essential'? 'Essential' means that the body does not produce these amino acids itself and must therefore obtain them from food. The product was further optimized by adding Vitamin B6.

As a supplement to your daily diet, take 50 ml (approx. 5 tablespoons) spread over the day. Do this with a drink of your choice. Take 20 ml (2 tablespoons) immediately after training. This way, the body immediately receives the first dose of amino acids.
